The U room was well proportioned and quiet. The request for a high floor was honored and we got a room on the 11th floor. It is fairly large and spacious (enough) with a nespresso machine and open bar, that was replenished each day with tea, snacks (e.g. doritos and oreos), and drinks (2 bottles of water, green tea etc...). The docking pod for the ipod/phone was good too. There was enough room for two medium sized luggage and walking space, however the room lighting might be a little too bit dim for some.

The beds were very comfortable with soft and fluffy pillows. There are no windows, or rather the windows have no views, so very little natural light gets into the room. But it only made the room appear cozier to us. Everything in the room was for sale. The hotel even sells a cute reindeer soft toy, which is its mascot.

While bathroom was clean and the amenities are very good, there is only a curtain that separates the bathroom from the rest of the room. The  bathroom was also equipped with a bidet, which was interesting, along with heating for the seat. The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure too. Those with sensitive noses should take note that the curtain separating the bathroom might be a little dusty.

Bathroom
Bathroom amenities such as body lotion, tooth brush, cotton swabs and pads, razor etc.. were provided. Do note that the body wash and shampoo are combined into a body and hair wash, which is a little weird. So you might want to bring along your own shampoo and shower gel.

Service rendered was up to expectation, calling the operator for extra hangers and other supplies was fast and efficient, and we were greeted each time we left and entered the hotel; adding that personal touch. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!
