Planning Möevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa 2012 Staycation

Finally graduation! Time to reward myself with a short staycation (2D/1N) at Moevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa. A night, according to its website for the date I wanted was about S$300++ per night. So it was off to Google to see if there was a cheaper rate. I managed to find an online promotion that helped me save 10%.

The Moevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa is pretty new and not yet fully opened as its heritage wing would be open later in 2012. Although reviews for this hotel were inconsistent, we decided to give it a try as it is the newest hotel on the island. As for the service, in Singapore nothing seems to be that consistent anyways, so I guess it is worth a try. Stay tuned for the review of Moevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa! ^^

Being a guest at the Moevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa (or any hotel on Sentosa for that matter), you are entitled to complementary entry into the island. If entering via taxi, print out the confirmation email and request the taxi driver to enter via the manned lanes (lane 3 - 4 on the left hand side). Present the hotel confirmation at the gantry to enjoy the complimentary entry. If entering by the train, just present the confirmation email at the Sentosa Express Station. The complimentary entry does not apply to Cable Car rides. So some money saved there on the entry into the island.

The booking process was fairly simple and fast. You would be prompted to print out the voucher which would be used for your checking-in after payment has been made. It seems to be reliable as the Moevenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa double confirmed the booking when asked (emailed). Response was moderately fast (within a day).
