Singapore

Singapore is a city state that is near the equator, so that it has a tropical climate. Come expecting hot weather throughout the year. 

During the months from November to January would be the monsoon season, so it is the wettest time of the year. There are other activities besides eating and shopping (though these would be the main activities for any Singaporean), such as a cultural experience of a fascinating blend of cultures, religions and languages. Of course Singapore is not without its paradoxes.
