Video: My Blue Grotto Experience in Capri, Italy

The Blue Grotto is the island of Capri’s biggest tourist attraction and it is a surreal experience to be carried to another world where the water is a beautiful azure blue color. To lay on your back upon a wooden rowboat, navigated by an experienced skipper who effortlessly navigates through the meter-high cave (mouth) while singing an ancient Neapolitan song is another experience altogether. It was quite an experience seeing the pretty blue water, and hearing the echos of the ancient Neapolitan song as it was reflected of the stone walls.
