Christmas Time - A Time of Gifts and Gifting

Alvin Choi (Lyricalight Photos) Christmas

With Christmas around the corner, it’s time to for some shopping to be done! There are so many places (physical and online) to choose from that sometimes it can be overwhelming. Heading out to the shops and doing some “shopping-cise” is fine is time is on your side, but it’s a luxury of walking aisle after aisle, looking into shop after shop just for that perfect gift.

Well, personally with time short on hand I usually try to look for gifts online. Technology has improved by leaps and bounds, so much so that shopping in the comfort of home is as simple as clicking a button. I have bought things online before from places like Amazon and Ebay, and the experience has been positive so far (safe for the time it takes for the items to actually arrive as they are not locally located).

Well, now there is one more to add to the list... ZALORA (which is located locally – which would definitely make the items arrive much faster) and seems to have a wide range of items (from clothes, shoes, bags to beauty products); offering many brands (e.g. Havaianas, American Tourister, River Island, Electro Denim Lab, Flesh Imp etc…).

Navigating through the site is a breeze, with everything being categorized according to what you want to look for: Men’s, Women’s and all the subcategories they contain.

The neat part about ZALORA is that it is currently offering a $10 voucher if you are new and subscribe to its newsletter. In addition to the voucher, there are discounts peppering the site (which makes it very tempting to get something for myself instead).

It is practically a one stop shop and the prices seem reasonable so much so that I am tempted to actually get something for myself instead (well, it could be my early Christmas present to myself, couldn’t it?)!
