Dining at Moon Shabu Shabu was definitely an indulging hotpot experience. It was a pretty quiet evening and there was not much of a crowd. We were welcomed and ushered to a nice little corner by a friendly waiter.

The
Shabu Shabu Set Menu is pretty extensive with sets ranging from
NT$1500-NT2300++ (about
$75 -S$115~). DramaQueen had actually wanted the King Crab set, but it had to be ordered in advance so she had the Pork and Seafood set while I had the Pork Collar Set. The crabs and lobster set(s) has to be order in advance.

They even did the sauce for us
The portions are just satisfactory, however if you do not have much of an appetite then you could share the set instead of getting one each.

The ingredients were fresh and the broth tasty. It was fun 'cooking' our meal, and getting pampered.

End of the meal porridge and fruits with jelly
Service was exceptional: the staff were attentive and since there were not many people that evening it was like having a personal waiter. Towards the end of the meal, the waiter used the remaining broth and cooked a small bowl of porridge. Just looking at the photos is making me hungry again. 😋
