Candylicious @ Sentosa Resorts World

Before the entrance of  Universal Studios at Sentosa Resorts World amidst the restaurants and casino, there is Candylicous - largest candy store in Asia. If you love sweets, adore candy or simply like admiring ‘sweet’ things, you definitely must visit this place it is a candy heaven! Even if you don’t like eating candy the décor alone is enough to sweeten your day. I chanced upon this place on my first visit to Universal Studios.

Candylicious

The place was decked in all sorts or candy from the edible to the non-edible kind: there were giant lollipop trees, a giant chick looking like a marshmallow, giant M&Ms, and giant Hershey’s bars walking around and ready to take photos with patrons. The store itself had so much saccharine delights, many of which I have not seen before (I don’t really have a sweet tooth).

There were Madelaine Chocolates, Rock Candy from Squire Boone Village , Messori Italian Cones, Peeps Marshmallow, over-sized Hershey’s chocolate bars, large syrup bottles, Bubble Yam cushions, and Kisses plush toys. The gourmet Candylicious gelato looked really good, but unfortunately it was pouring the day we visited Universal Studios, so it was too cold. The process in which the gelato was made was interesting!
