The Garden of Morning Calm is one of the largest botanical gardens located outside of Seoul. The flowers and plants turn into a beautiful blend of reds, yellows and orange, amidst the mountains and green foliage.

2. Nami Island

The half-moon shaped island is also known as Naminara Republic, a self-declared own governing micro-nation which issue stamps and visas that allow you to enter multiple times within a stipulated period of time. It is 63km away from Seoulin the direction of Chuncheon, about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive away.
