On our way to Buckingham Palace, we realized that there were British soldiers in tall bearskin hats parading around. Queen Elizabeth II was having a parade to start off her birthday. And the best part was that we did not even know! ^^
It was a sight to behold and totally unexpected. So being the tourists that we were, my aunt and I get into the crowd like everyone else and waited for the parade to begin. The guards and all were rehearsing and preparing for her arrival.
